By accessing, registering on, or using the lodibey website and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the lodibey Platform, including registered members, guests browsing the site, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform from any device or location. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

lodibey reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, lodibey will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the lodibey Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, online casino gaming is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21 years old.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform, or in another jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of lodibey, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the lodibey Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. lodibey reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the lodibey Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your lodibey account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify lodibey immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your lodibey account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you.

lodibey reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or close an account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the lodibey Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). lodibey does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Deposits: lodibey accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. lodibey does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. lodibey aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and any applicable verification procedures.

Verification Requirements: Before processing any withdrawal, lodibey may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilS ys ID, Passport, Driver's License, or SSS/GSIS card) and proof of payment method ownership. This is a regulatory requirement under PAGCOR guidelines and is designed to protect all lodibey members.

lodibey reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

lodibey offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each individual promotion. The following general conditions apply to all lodibey bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. lodibey reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless the specific promotion terms permit this.
• lodibey reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a member's account will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the lodibey Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained human dealers under controlled studio conditions. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories.

By participating in any game on the lodibey Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The rules of each game are as published on the Platform and are final.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall prevail.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. lodibey is not liable for losses arising from technical errors, connectivity issues, or interruptions to service.
• You will not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Collusion, chip dumping, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lodibey Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location where such access would be prohibited.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lodibey staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to lodibey support immediately.

All content on the lodibey Platform — including but not limited to the lodibey brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of lodibey or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the lodibey Platform without the prior written consent of lodibey.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lodibey, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or service interruption.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

lodibey's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lodibey account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lodibey is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its members. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

lodibey reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Upon account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification and processing requirements. Where closure is due to a breach, lodibey reserves the right to forfeit any balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

lodibey collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lodibey implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and lodibey cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the lodibey Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact lodibey's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. lodibey will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

lodibey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the "Last Updated" date clearly indicated at the top. For material changes, lodibey will notify registered members via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the lodibey Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting lodibey support.
